							Bom condutor O motorista, o Sr. Kumala, portou-se bem. Levou-me a Sigiriya e Plonnaruwa, e depois a Galle via Kandy. Simplesmente reservei um carro e um motorista para cinco dias com cerca de um mês de antecedência e ele levou-me onde eu queria ir e encontrou o que eu precisava. Em alguns dias, a viagem foi longa, mas ele concentrou-se diligentemente na sua tarefa de conduzir o carro e satisfazer o meu pedido. Poderia ter-lhes dado cinco estrelas se fosse apenas pelo seu serviço, mas deduzi uma estrela porque o serviço SLPD da direção não foi perfeito. O meu voo chegou a horas à CMB, mas não consegui encontrar-me com o motorista inicialmente. Esperei na sala de espera durante 15 a 20 minutos e depois decidi contactá-los. O plano inicial era que o motorista se encontrasse comigo no local, segurando uma placa com o meu nome. Enviei-lhes um e-mail e finalmente obtive uma resposta. Depois de uma hora e meia de espera, o motorista chegou ao aeroporto. Depois, surpreendentemente, disse-me que era um condutor temporário e que me ia entregar a mim e ao carro a um condutor seguinte, a caminho de Dambulla. A explicação oficial foi que o motorista estava atrasado por causa do engarrafamento do feriado de Natal, mas eu não o vi à saída do aeroporto. É pura especulação minha, mas acho que se esqueceram de anexar um motorista à minha reserva. Isto explica a mudança de motoristas, que pediram desculpa quando me queixei. Mesmo assim, recomendo que se lembrem da sua reserva quando se aproximar o dia da partida.

							Ananda Driver would highly recommend Ananda made the first half of our trip incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was ready and waiting for us at the airport, and then drove us from Colombo to Sigiriya and on to Kandy, where we caught our train to Ella.Not only did he take us to every place we wanted to see, he also made the entire process so easy, from finding entrances and exits to helping us figure out where and how to get our tickets. His guidance saved us so much time and made the experience much more enjoyable.We’re really grateful for his help and would highly recommend Ananda to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable driver in Sri Lanka!

							Mafas, the best driver and guide Mafas was an excellent driver and guide. He looked after us from the minute he met us at the airport. He was kind, considerate, patient and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fun, memorable and safe holiday. He drove carefully, and he managed the difficult driving conditions and often long journeys with ease. Though we had a plan of places to visit, Mafas added extra places of interest, and he shared his impressive knowledge of history, culture, and top tips on how to make the most of our stay.Mafas was always on time, messaging us before our meeting time that he was ready. He was flexible and willing to help us in any way possible.We are all truly grateful that we had Mafas as our driver, and that he really made our holiday relaxing and informative. 							Incredible experience with our driver Mahesh! It was our first time hiring a private driver abroad, and the service was recommended by a Taiwanese friend who had used this company before. The whole experience went far beyond my expectations! Mahesh greeted us at the airport with great kindness and warmth, and on the following day he demonstrated the professionalism of a driver — always helping us carry our luggage and making sure we were comfortable during every ride. Even though we had our own plan, he still recommended many worthwhile places to visit and shared background information about the sights we were going to. The restaurants he took us to were excellent, and the food was fantastic!He drove safely, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. He always arrived earlier than the agreed time, which made our trip go very smoothly.I truly appreciate Mahesh for bringing us such an unforgettable memory and leaving me with a wonderful impression of this beautiful country.
