    We believe in building trust with our guests. As part of our customer-friendly service, we normally do not require a mandatory deposit to confirm your booking.

    Deposit Policy

    • We normally confirm bookings without asking for an advance deposit.
    • In some cases (long multi-day tours, peak season, or special vehicle requests), a small deposit may be requested to secure the driver and vehicle.
    • If a deposit is required, it will always be clearly communicated in writing before confirmation.
    • There are no hidden charges.

    Cancellation Policy

    • We understand that travel plans can change.

    Free Cancellation

    • You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund (if any payment was made).

    Within 48 Hours

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a full refund, as the driver and vehicle will have already been reserved and assigned for your trip. Any refund will be subject to applicable reservation and preparation costs.
    • However, we always try to be fair and flexible depending on the situation.

    No-Show Policy

    • If a guest does not arrive at the agreed pickup location and does not inform us in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show and any payment made may not be refundable.

    Changes to Booking

    If you need to modify your itinerary, dates, or pickup time:

    • Please inform us as early as possible.
    • We will always do our best to accommodate changes depending on driver availability.

    Yes, whenever possible. If you inform us early, we will do our best to reschedule your booking based on driver and vehicle availability.
